The pork comes from an open-air farm in Ratchaburi
Organic sea salt from a farm in Samut Sakhon
and finally the organic Java Long Pepper comes from Luc's farm in Kanchanaburi.
Note that the only fertilizer used for this long pepper for 2 years is elephant dung collected itself in the surroundings at Brigitte de Baan Mama.
For pepper lovers it will certainly be a sublime experience 😉.
