Italian-Mexican Fusion Sandwich

What you need

  • 250 gr 1 ciabatta loaf (approximately 250g)
  • 60 gr Maison Fostier Coppa
  • 60 gr Gherkins, sliced
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano (about 2g)
  • 100 gr Fresh salad mix
  • 80 gr Mexican chorizo (4 slices)
  • 40 gr Sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced.
  • 1 Tbs Mayonnaise (amount as per preference)


  1. 1:Slice the ciabatta loaf horizontally and open it up.2:Spread mayonnaise on both cut sides of the ciabatta loaf.3:Layer the coppa slices evenly on one side of the bread.4:Arrange the sliced gherkins over the coppa.5:Sprinkle dried oregano over the gherkins.6:Place a generous amount of fresh salad mix on top.7:Add the slices of Mexican chorizo on the other side of the ciabatta loaf.8:Top the chorizo with sliced sun-dried tomatoes.9:Close the sandwich with the other half of the ciabatta loaf.Gently press down on the sandwich to secure the ingredients together.Cut the sandwich into two servings.Serve and enjoy!
